Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and these will be communicated to you. Once an order ships you will be sent an email confirming the same along with the AWB Number for the same.

When will my order ship?

We keep limited items in stock and if your order those they will be shipped on the next working day. All other items are ordered as needed. Shipping time is as follows -

UAE - Delivered within 3 to 5 business days

Rest of the World - Delivered within 5 to 10 business days

International Customers (Outisde UAE and India)

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Party Souq is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Browse the website, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart and submit your order.

Do you have "this" item or range in stock?

Partysouq.com acts as a catalogue of thousands of products which are sourced from many different suppliers. All products displayed on Partysouq.com are made available for you to order. We keep a very limited range of items for immediate delivery. All the items we have listed on our site are available from our suppliers and are ordered as needed.

How can I see the products before I buy them?

All products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website.

Do you deliver or can I collect?

We do worldwide deliveries via a courier service. If you wish to collect your order please email us on info@partysouq.com and we will confirm if the same can be arranged or not. Please note: We are an ONLINE store only, all orders need to be placed online. We do not have a physical walk-in store. Please place your order on our website.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be made online via PayPal using your Debit/Credit Card or PayPal account or via bank deposit or cash on delivery (UAE customers only). 

Do you offer Cash On Delivery?

Cash on Delivery is available for UAE customers only.

What happens if I pay for an item and it is out of stock?

We do confirm stock availability with our suppliers before we add items to our catalogue online, unfortunately on the odd occasion it may happen that between the time we confirm stock availability and the time the order is paid, an item may become out of stock. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and will happily refund you for the specific item or for your entire order, the choice is yours.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number.

I only need 6 of a particular item and the pack size is 10, can I buy 6?

All products are manufactured and packed in sealed packs. The pack size of each product is the minimum quantity that you can buy of that product.

Can you source items which are not on your website?

If you are looking for a particular item which is not on our website, please email us and we may be able to source the item for you.

Are the balloons supplied inflated or deflated?

All balloons are delivered deflated; we do not deliver air or helium filled balloons.
